TVH is back up. Helmar wishes them the best and hope they have resumed normal operations. We are still inundated with orders and want to be up front regarding our daily operations. Normal ground orders may take 2 days to ship. Air freight orders are still being processed and shipped within normal service. 

Helmar Inc. is running multiple shifts operating 24/7. We have tripled our regular daily output of orders to help all Helmar/TVH customers until this crisis is over. We anticipate having all orders caught up by mid-week, resuming normal operations by weeks end.

At this time, we still cannot allow any cancellations or editing of orders as our current work flow has adapted a new system in order to maximize the number of daily orders. If you need to return anything, you have the option to send it back freight prepaid with no restocking fee.
